senator mccain was probably the republican politician i respected and even liked the most and i would not have minded if he had been nominated and then won against john kerry in 2004. unfortunately, these are different times, and i believe that someone has stepped up who’s far better for the exceedingly crucial tasks at hand. and so most respectfully, senator mccain, you are simply not fit for the job this time around.
